This is a great company and did excellent work. Another company was trying to rip us off by installing unnecessary parts. True comfort came in and repaired the unit without any needed parts and saved us well over $800. They are a great company.

They did an overall check of my furnace and quickly determined that I simply needed a new / modern thermostat.

Absolutely no complaints about True Comfort. They kept me well informed about what to expect from start to finish. Service was timely and efficient, and pricing was surprisingly reasonable. They came to my house almost within the hour after I called them. Then went right to work on trying to figure out why my heat wasn't working. Kept me informed of everything they were doing showed me exactly what was wrong. Then went about resolving the problem. The prices were very reasonable. They got the job done, which was putting in a whole new heat and air exchange unit. I would recommend them to anyone and already have. The guys were wonderful.

He did a really good job came out on a Sunday on his day off ordered everything for that week filled out all the paperwork for me for the warranty and all that all I had to do is stand there and pay it was awesome.

Prompt response, showed up when promised, friendly and conscious of honoring my budget. Look forward to having them return under maintenance contract.

Excellent responce. They called shortly after I registered with Home Advisor and came out the same day to look at our project and found a solution. Although we were not ready to start our project, I couldn't ask for better service from these nice folks.
