 + -1 moreSince no one had arrived by 5 PM, I called TLC and was told that it would be several hours before anyone could come, and we would likely be charged after hours fees for the service call. They offered to schedule an appointment the next day, which I declined. I was not offered an apology.
Description of Work: I scheduled a service appointment, and was told a technician would arrive before 5:00 PM, and would call ahead of time to alert us that he/she was coming. Therefore, I took the afternoon off to wait for the technician.

 + -1 moreHe required that 3 holes be dug so that he could sit and make repairs. Then instead of re-plumbing he welding connections. He failed to put the line to the meter hook up as required by the gas company, nor did he cover the line from the house to the meter as required - until we called him and threatened to report him. There was not inspection tag on the line that was suppose to be there. The gas company had to call the inspector's office to confirm. The gas man was most helpful given that it was 20 degrees outside and I had the flu! We had used this company before on plumbing and he seemed fair and honest but as to this gas situation - he was not.
Description of Work: He was suppose to re-plumb the mobile home because he said there were several "breaks" or lose connections.
