I ordered the hardwood flooring and tile and had work scheduled for the 2 weeks I would not be working. I got called in to work the week before they were going to start the installation. I asked Georgia and Ryan to postpone the installation for a week so that I would be at home while they were working. Georgia said that the workers were very trustworthy and had worked for them for 3-4 years. She said that she would trust them in her home and most work was done without the homeowners being present so they proceeded with the instalation. The workers were yelling, cussing, playing the music very loud. The work was horrible! They had to take up the commodes to install the tile. Those were set in the bathtub and left scratches, the baseboard was removed and when replaced the boards were split and were not put back straight.The doors were removed and has greasy black hand marks that they didn't attempt to clean. They scratched and knocked a chunk out of an antique dresser. The walls were scratched. When the commodes were put back the water lines were not hooked up to the tank and water ran all over the new hardwood flooring that had just been installed. After I complained to Roops, Georgia said that the workers had only been doing this for 2 weeks. This was the same person that told me that they had worked for them a long time and she would trust them in her home. I was very upset by them lying to me and the shabby work when I paid for professional installation!. The hardwood in the living room looked as if they used all of the small pieces in the same area instead of having long and short pieces. I would never recommend them to anyone!!

They came back on a warranty problem. We're actually going to do more work with them. They are outstanding to work with. I've never had any problems with them. When I first got my house, I was on a very tight timeframe to get flooring in, and they did a great job doing that.
