They keep theur word & called when they were late. They are busy so if u need the move done u have to get locked in ..I called around & there rates were reasonable

They were so easy to work with, wonderful customer service. They arrived on time and had patience when we were running behind ourselves due to truck issues. They know exactly what they are doing and packed our truck up nice and tight and made it fit all perfectly in there. Best movers we have ever had. Worth every penny!!

Professionalism, Respectful, Courteous are a few of the things I can say about Matt and his crew of guys who helped me out when I was in a huge bind! I was moving from Illinois to Texas when the Budget truck I was driving broke down outside of Cabot AR. Budget then told me I had to transfer my belongings, by myself, from their 26 foot truck to a Uhaul Truck, by myself.. I was at a complete loss. I walked to find a local Uhaul rental location, while procuring the truck I inquired with the rep for local moving companies. Lock & Roll was at the top of the list for a reason! I called Matt and he was able to scramble a crew on VERY short notice to help out a guy in a bind. I cannot speak enough kind words about Matt and his team! These guys literally moved Mountains in a very short period of time all while remaining professional and courteous. ABOVE and BEYOND what I would expect from any other company! Instead of taking advantage of the situation, he showed compassion and understanding to someone whom was stuck in the middle of a 14 hour transition! Please do yourself the favor and trust in these gentlemen for your moving needs!

Guys were very efficient and easy to work with. The only concern I had was that they didn t wrap the furniture in plastic and I thought all movers did that to protect the furniture.

they were excellent movers. I felt very comfortable. they were on time. very meticulous in protecting our home. there was some small damage to a chester but I think that it will be taken care of. the owner Matt is very forthcoming and honest and accommodating. the crew is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them for others and will call them back if needed.

The two guys worked all day non-stop. When I told them about another box or something else I remembered needed packed, no problem, they had a great attitude. Would definitely recommend this company.
