 + -1 moreTLC ordered the new system which we picked at their advice as it was the most efficient system they handle. This was an American Standard unit with dual compressors and a new high efficiency air handling system. It arrived as promised and they started tearing out the old system on the afternoon of July 2 and started installation of the new unit that same afternoon. They told us they would finish the installation the next day. By Wednesday afternoon they installed the super smart thermostat and explained to us how to use the same. TLC went over the entire system explaining how it functioned and what we needed to know. They then explained and gave us our certificate of the 10 year warranty which includes both parts and labor. This summer was the hottest on record here. Our June bill with the old system was $323. July was hotter and the bill was $132. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't know anyone was here. TLC called back the following Monday to see if we had any questions or problems. They called again August 1st to see if we were still happy with their system. Great follow up and as a plus brought us a years supply of super efficient filters. A job well done
Description of Work: TLC replaced our 30 year old system that they had kept going with 5 years of maintenance performed each spring and fall. When they suggested it would be cost efficient at this time to replace the system and showed us the cost savings, we decided to go ahead.
