+ 0 moreFirst he refused to provide service to us due to our religion. He was given a second chance to provide us with service. All he stated was he had no availability to the warranty company we were using. He refused to answer any our phone calls or texts nor did he call us to let us know he was unavailable which I find highly unprofesional.
Description of Work: I needed my hvac system repaired and stove repaired.

+ -1 moreNot well. An appointment was made for about noon on Thursday. He called the next week on Tuesday and said he was on his way. We figured it was due to illness or something-no excuse offered. Part ordered and he returned reasonably, but it still did not work. Billed for part. Told he would be out of town for two weeks. Still waiting for a return of the working part taken out. We paid for part.

+ -1 moreI asked him if he could come out. He replied, "I'm not driving up to my home for a little job, and he cursed at me!" Any business person who cusses at you and hangs up the phone is very unprofessional.
