Description of Work: We purchased 3 doors and storm doors. The quality of the doors was GREAT!!! It took longer than expected for the installation. The installer was very nice, but his quality of work was not good. We had to have royal out to replace one of the doors due to quality of installation. They sent the same installer. Start to finish, it took over 3 months. We previously had them install 2 windows and that went smoothly and quickly. We were pleased with the quality of their work, but it was a different installer.

Description of Work: Salesman (grade C) lacked credibility, and misrepresented an issue between him and us to his supervisor. Supervisor (grade C-) in turn, was patronizing and flippant to the point we nearly cancelled the order. The window installers (A+) were excellent.

Description of Work: Royal Window just completed the entire replacement of our larger than normal Bay Window and it is absolutely gorgeous! Chris and his helper left our property pristine and even cleaned he windows and vacuumed the floor before they left. The price was so reasonable for what had to be done. If you need new windows these folks are the real deal. They showed up when they said they would and completed our project in record time. I just can't say enough nice things about them! 5 stars for everything!
