Royal came out and gave me an estimate. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. I will be using them shortly to complete our home restoration. Roofing estimate was well under all other estimates received. Will recommend to all relatives, friends, and family. This company is a must hire!

Update 4/10/13 Royal did complete the job and we are happy with the windows and especially happy with the performance over the winter. I would like to thank Tiger Jordan for continuing to work to resolve the issues we encounterd throughout the process. It was a process but he communicated and continually worked on the issues until we were satisfied.with the installation and quality of the windows. . I have changed my rating of the company to reflect how I feel now after everything is completed and we have had sometime to use and rate the entire experience. The only reason I gave a C overall is there was just to many different windows with different issues and trips to the house to rate it any higher. Will update again after the hot, hot summer, I'm sure we will have. This will be a true test of the Low E performance of the windows. After meeting with numerous companys, we chose Royal because they offered a high quality window with the most reasonable prices. We were also impressed with the warranty that they offered. Installation seemed to go relativley quick, having installed all 8 windows in a day. Unfortunatley, nearing the end of the installation, a thunderstorm came up and made it impossible to thourougly inspect the exterior installation. We did however notice that one of the sliding windows we purchased was relativley hard to open. The installer claimed that the factory had made one of the windows the wrong size and he would have a new one ordered for us. After the storm had calmed we inspected the exterior and found holes that hadnt been caulked, allowing water to run into the frame. The window was to big and Royal brought out another in about 2 weeks, this window didn't fit it was stll to large. Another 3 weeks later they deliver another and again it doesn't fit (still wrong size). In the mean time its Thanksgiving and we're cleaning the back slider window(have slider in front and back windows) and discover that the Low E or argon gas has leaked in between the 2 piecess of glass. They send out a differnt tech guy who says that the gas has escaped and they will replace the back slider. The same tech also looks at the front slider and determnes its not the wndow size but the original installation. He adjust the frame and the original wndow slides fine now. Just last Sunday(12/16/12) they bring out the new slider for the back window and it has issues with what they refer to as the swiggle and also the locks dont match up(so no way to lock the window). We are still waitng for yet another window to be made and brought out. When this window is delivered(have no exact date) we wll have had a total of 4 dfferent windows brought out to repair the original problems. I'll give Royal credit for continuing to follow up and trying to get things right. I will have to knock on them for the lack of product control at the manufacturing plant. We have been inconvienced more than 5 times now to meet them to correct issues that continue to be issues. We have both had to leave work early,meet on weekends and adjust other schedules to meet with Royal only to find out that the new window still isn't correct. So far this is very bad experience and as of now would not suggest anyone use them! I'm holding out hope they will continue to follow up and make good on what they started in early Sept. I'll continue to update as this process continues to move forward.

The sales person arrived early by almost an hour and then was not very organised throughout the presentation. From the begining of the sales pitch he made it clear that he expected an answer from us prior to the end of the presentation as to rather we would purchase the windows. The television ad indicated that there was a sales promotion where with the purchase of three windows resulted in the forth window without charge. The sales person priced the job out appling a and quot;industryand quot; price per Unit inch for the combined total of all windows with no break down for each window. He than reduced this fabricated price by one half and when we asked about the free windows his response was I am giving you a better price then that promotion. The pricing he gave was for single hung windows with a 25% premium ($1000 for 9 windows) to install double hung. The entire pitch was high pressure to get a contract. There are better window companies out there.

Installation was good on windows. Door installation was not good. They use screws that were to small and didn't go into the frame. We figured that out when the door wouldn't close without a struggle. They didn't reinstall the security door back correctly. It has a big gap on the side. Siding installers broke our water pipe which flooded 3 rooms in the house, broke numerous flood lights and the dryer vent. They didn't offer to replace anything that they broke. We've had them back once to replace siding that was cut too short but it too 3 phone calls before they showed up. Now the fascia has buckled and pulled away from the house. I've called twice and they promised to come within a week to repair it and the frame around the faucet that has pulled away from the siding. First time I called was May 23, 2012. Second call was was around June 18th and Tiger said they would get it repaired by Friday. Now it's July 1st and still no repair. They do average installation and you have to almost become a stalker to get them to show up for repairs. After spending over 21K, this is very disappointing!

The siding crew did an excellent job and very professional.

I have had a lot of interaction with Royal Windows. They are very reputable. When they put the windows in the house, I had a little problem, and I called them and the guy came out on a Sunday to help with the problem. Everything is upfront and good and I would recommend them to anybody. I don't know what they do with siding, but they are great with windows. I feel that the pricing was very good because the windows are great. I went out to their plant and told them what dimensions I wanted. They are just pleasant and nice people to deal with. The pricing is mid-range; I don’t think you could provide that kind of service and make it cheap. I will continue to use them again in the future. I am considering doing the siding on our house and I won’t even call anyone else. I feel like they are the best company there is to deal with.

They did a good job and the windows are high quality. Their pricing was fair for the quality of the windows and the work. I will use them again in the future for any windows we may need.

They were excellent. They stayed until the job was completed. They matched up everything and the work they did was very good. They cleaned up every evening before they left. The pricing was excellent.

They came on the day they said they would and installed 18 new windows in my home in 2 days. The installer were great! Friendly with my family and answered all our questions. The clean-up was unbelievable. My yard was cleaner after they left than before. Great Installers!!! The windows made the house look like a new house. Lots of compliments.

The representative who came to give me an estimate was prompt and professional but he spent a fair amount of time putting down his competitors. More importantly, his estimate was much higher that two of the four estimates I got.

Their advertisement on television caught my attention, after I got a quote I called around an no one could beat the quote. They did a follow up call and offered a cash discount to us. They came out the next day and the job was completed a week later. They were the best around and right on time.

Royal Windows replaced the windows in our house in October, 2005, We had one small problem and they came the day we called to fix it. That's why we bought new windows for our sun porch in 2009. We can't say enough good things about this company. We would like to recommend them to every home owner in Arkansas.

They sold us 7 windows and said they would install them, replace any bad wood, cover the window facings out side in gray aluminum. They did this very poorly. They did not remove rotted wood as promised. They did a poor and unprofessional job, ie unlevel sills, wood showing, too wide and some too short. When we complained, they did not respond

Extremely nice windows and great installation.

I am not very pleased with this company at all. First off all, I have bronchitis really bad and I specifically told them when I first looked at the windows before even hiring them, they must be able to keep the dust out of my home. Well they agreed but they did not do what they said they would. They left dust all over the place. The dust must seep through the sides of the windows. I do not find this company professional at all.

I couldn't have asked for a better company, they were just wonderful. When they first arrived I asked them to be sure to pick up any cigarettes butts after they were done. They did just so. They were clean, friendly, and did just what I wanted them to. The alarm company charged us $100 just because we put new windows in, so we cancelled that service and the window installers took the alarm system out for us, not the alarm company. They did a very good job.
