+ 0 moreHe answers all questions with facts and knowledge, and does everything he's asked to do (and more). Very reasonable prices and very accessible by phone. A true gem of a person and a superb craftsman.
Description of Work: Joe has done both interior and exterior construction, remodeling, kitchen and bath, restoration, and damage repair (tornado in 2011, ice/snow storm on 12/25/12), some by himself, some with assistants, and some through subcontractors. He knows, and works with a lot of people, is extremely knowledgeable about all areas of construction, is friendly and accessible, and most of all, does excellent work and his prices have been more than reasonable (including discounts on materials).
