We Sweep

They came out multiple times to attempt to repair it, but every time the chimney continued to leak. I'll give them credit that they tried, and they are nice people I beleive, if you can get ahold of them. Unfortunately, that is the biggest problem, you'll be lucky to get them to return your phone call. After repeated attempts, they stopped returning my phone calls to get this fixed right, which is all I really care about. Now, I am moving on to find someone who is responsive and can do the job right.

We Sweep had about a 2 week lead time, however it was work the wait. Michael gave me an immediate Dx with pics of damage, gave thorough explanation, then resolved the chimney leak on the spot. Best thing -price 3X less than estimate from other highly rated AL chimney repair company that didn't get up on roof. Very satisfied with We Sweep & Michael.

The men from We Sweep arrived when they said they would and did a professional inspection in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable, and they were friendly and pleasant. This is the second time we have used We Sweep and were pleased both times. We highly recommend We Sweep.

He arrived on time and did a great job. Very thorough. He tried to fix our broken damper knob and spent a good amount of time on it but it was unfixable. He didn't charge us for the time he spend on that. He quoted us a price for a more efficient damper and told us to call him in the spring and he'd come see if we needed our chimney cleaned. No charge if it didn't need it. He said every chimney is different in how often it needs to be cleaned. We were very pleased with him and his service. We will be calling him again.

We have used We Sweep several times. The first meeting was when we were shopping for fireplace inserts. We were very happy with the help the team provided in educating us on the different models available. The installation was a very smooth process and the crew didn't mind, or seem to, my inquisitive dogs. We have been delighted with the amount of money we are saving on our electric bill. The fireplace is lovely and functional. With the insert, we have been able to use our fireplace to increase and maintain the temp of the house...which is a very open floor plan with very high ceilings. The crew covers the items and floor in the immediate area prior to beginning their work. On the few occasions they were at my home, I think the area under the cover is cleaner when they leave than before they arrived. The crew called before the scheduled time, to verify appt and arrived on time. The length of the appointment was within the range I was told to expect. Lindi in the office is as pleasant as she can be, thoughtful, kind and patient. I have referred We Sweep to several people I work with and would use them again, without question.

They did a very good job, and I would definitely use them again. I was actually impressed when they told me that one of the chimneys had already been cleaned and needed no service.

I think I spent $90 or $100. The pricing seemed decent. I had a problem and they were able to solve it. They were very responsive and quite good.

Mr. Lewis is never wrong - he knows everything and any mistake is not his fault. He is obnoxious and arrogant. The insert he installed is too small for home - he told me it would heat house. The liner isn't fitted correctly. Not enough room for details.
