Started out slow, but okay. Tom came to our recently purchased house, listened to our wishes and took measurements on February 21st, 2014. Then Tom called and asked us to come to the shop and review plans on 3/7/14. We arrived on time and agreed to all the plans except the living area where he agreed to come up with some alternatives. At that time he asked us to pick out our appliances and send him the model numbers for a final plan. We went straight to Metro Appliances, who he worked with often, and selected the new appliances. The model numbers were forwarded to him by Metro on 3/11/14. It is now 3/31 and we have yet to hear back from Tom or Verser after repeated calls. We had used Verser in a previous home back in 2003 and were extremely pleased. We are not sure what has changed, but they will never be used by us again nor would we recommend them. They basically stalled our move to Arkansas a month. In my opinion it is every business' right to pick and choose their customers. But to not return a phone call or end the relationship with some form of communication is unacceptable. Maybe the moral of the story is if you aren't a contracter, don't call Verser?

They are very professional and very knowledgeable. I showed them what I wanted for my re-modeled kitchen and they were very helpful. Installers were a great team to work with. Tom Greenway is a perfectionist which is what I wanted for all the detail. Will certainly return if any other projects arise. I LOVE my new kitchen. Better than the blue prints!

NO PROBLEMS

I want to stipulate the I have high regard for Versers Cabinets and Tom who did his best to make me happy , They use a Contractor out of Hot Springs to do the Cambria work and its them I would Not hire again . I ordered the countertop Oct 16 and was told the buckingham was a popular style and it would be awhile before it was in but they came out and measured for them and took the design of the new undercounter sink I had purchased . Tom called about the 14th of Nov and we set up for them to install the countertops that Friday. The quality of the Cambria was great, the workmanship on it was LOUSY . The first thing I saw was the cut of the edge was crooked , I have a U shaped Kitchen , with countertops shaped like 2 L's 9x4 and 12x4 with short ends meeting at the stove . The crooked part was the 9Ft end which ran into the Refrigerator cabinet . The next thing I noticed was a gap close to 1/2 and quot; on the adjoining piece ( the 9x4 is two pieces ) it was measured wrong on the edge the goes against the wall ,away from the stove, and when they put the sink in there was a huge gap between the sink and the countertop . The installer said ithe problem was the sink I contacted Tom and he came by and took pics and said he would take care of it . Because I had family coming for Thanksgiving and the Cambria seam matched perfectly I had them epoxy the edge where the space was against the wall . Im putting a thick backsplash over it so it should cover most of the gap . They reinstalled the sink only after Tom insisted ( the gap was big enough to stick a butter knife through ) I have had a good dealings with Tom at Versers cabinets and trust him with anything he makes but for $ 5000 and no backsplash on the countertop I'd say Stay away from Cambria.

It went very well , I ordered the cabinets the end of Aug and it took about a month for them to complete they were done and ready to install the last week in Sept there was a problem with the stain color but Tom ensured they were done right and I was happy . They are a very Professional group of Kraftsmen and the cabinets are High Quality

Tom with Verser came to our home to measure the kitchen area. Then a graphic blueprint was delivered to us with a price quote. We then met to discuss changes, cabinet color and type, pulls, etc. The cabinets arrived and are exactly what we imagined. The installation team, Dave and Thomas, were conscientious and perfectionists to ensure the cabinets were level, installed correctly and we were pleased. We changed our mind on 2 pulls and they were accommodating to reorder those and install them on another trip. What a great crew!
