The technician showed up on time and located what the problem was with our sprinkler system. It turned out that the wiring had been damaged underground when we planted some bushes. He repaired it, checked out and adjusted a couple of sprinkler heads, explained how to do a few things to my husband and left. We were very pleased with his services and the price. We will definitely use him again.

I contacted T&L Irrigation because we needed someone to come out and fix our sprinkler system - we were in the process of putting in a pool and needed someone to come out IMMEDIATELY since the yard was already dug up. We contacted 3 different irrigation companies- 2 of them we had to leave messages for (which we never received a repsonse from either of them) and the 3rd company said they "might" be able to make it out on the Monday after I called, but they never confirmed. So I called T&L Irrigation after joining Angies list and reached Todd. The first time I called I reached a live person...not an answering machine! He said he would call me back as he was in the middle of a job at that moment. He responded back quickly but by that point the company we had already called previously (that said they "might" make it out on Monday) had showed up. Todd completely understood the situation and never once treated us rudely or unprofessionally even though we did not use him for that job. We will definitely keep him in mind for any of our future needs.

I called Todd based on the reviews on Angie''s list. He was very busy because of the hot weather. He told me when he would be able to come and do my repairs and even called me a couple of times to let me know he hadn't forgot about me and that I was still scheduled. I have never had someone do that before. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. He came and got everything working just as it should. He was very nice and a joy to work with. I felt that his price was very reasonable.

Contact with Todd was quick and easy. Responsive to phone calls and or Texts. Even messaged back on Memorial Day weekend and worked on Memorial Day.Initial job was just to find and repair the leak that had made it impractical for us to even use the irrigation system because of the mystery leak. Only time we would turn it on from the city valve box was to try and find the leak. Todd showed up early, got the lay of the land and immediately started looking for leak. Had it figured out in less than 15 minutes and was repaired very quickly as well. Todd went above and beyond and made good decisions about small items that needed changed out.Initial runs after the leak repair, irrigation box make-over, system test and tweaks went very well. However, since the control valve had been left on through the winter and had not been used for nearly a year, a warp had occurred and a leak started the day after it started taking on full pressure.Sent Todd a text and he provided some trouble-shooting tips that same night - even on Memorial Day weekend! Since leak was obviously not related to debris in the back-flow valve, had to shut system down again. But, Todd was back on Monday - Memorial Day - quickly found the issue, was willing and able to show the damage, provide options and explain why it would be best to replace entire unit.Todd was back the next day to replace the control valve and if supply store had not be closed for holiday, would have had it done Monday. Also added a faucet to the assembly and had it all back on and ready again by Tuesday early evening.Pricing was very reasonable and good quality.Would absolutely recommend T&L Irrigation and plan to use them again when we re-work the backyard and need the irrigation system moved. System works like new and no more ridiculous water bills!

Todd called me back and was very friendly and polite on the phone. We set up an appointment to review my system and issues. The system had not run in 2 years (actually thought I had cut wires somewhere under ground). Todd assured me he could get it running again and could diagnose the wiring issues if they existed. He checked a few valves and the timer and did some checking of the wiring and then returned to the house and gave me a brief estimate of parts and the work. I wanted the system completely fixed and easy to use, so we added a few things to the estimate (remote, rain sensor,etc.). He told me that he had one job he was finishing up and he would be out the following day. He came back the next day and worked a few more days (and an evening) after that to get the job finished. Todd kept in touch by phone the entire time and let me know where he was at with the repairs and checked in with me on location of a few heads,etc... When he was finished, he walked me through the operation of the renovated system - everything worked great, we set the timer and we settled the bill. This guy knows what he is doing. I now refer to him as the "irrigation Doctor" for the amazing way he diagnosed issues that were buried below multiple re-landscaping projects to get the system back to excellent performance.I never thought I'd ever see the system working again - I was amazed! I now have a fully operational system with 11 fields to support a great lawn. I could barely tell where Todd moved heads, installed additional piping, or repaired valves (no damage to lawn at all). Great job!

Owner Todd Floyd came out to give me a bid, and totally surprised me with his expertise and knowledge about sprinkler systems. He wasn't just concerned about getting the job, he seemed genuinely concerned about conserving as much water as possible and saving me money in the process. His bid was under the local companies, and his work was exceptional. He was on time, did the job in a short amount of time, and cleaned up after himself each day so there was never a mess left in my yard. If he had to leave an open ditch he marked it and let me know so I knew it was there. He set up my landscaping and flower beds to be on a different line than my sprinklers, which is great. Since I had T&L Irrigation install my sprinkler system in the winter months, after making sure it worked, Todd also winterized it. He let me know I could call him when I was ready to start it up in the Spring. I'd recommend Todd Floyd of T&L Irrigation to do any work you need on your sprinkler system.
