Overall, it went well and I would use him again. I did have a couple of minor issues, 1) he left the water turned off, thinking it was the sprinkler only water supply, but both the house and sprinklers were turned off, 2) the blowout port cracked almost immediately upon installation. He was extremely responsive when I called him about the problems, so all in all I'm happy with the work done and would use him again.

Had a little mix up at first, but it all worked out. Todd was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will call him again for spring set up. Thank you.

We had already removed the backflow preventer to keep it from freezing. Very quick work. Will call them in the spring!

I was contacted the same day I submitted my request. The weather was very cold so Todd came out immediately the next day and took off my backflow preventer to prevent freezing. I was placed on his work list to come back and complete the job, but I appreciated his immediate response. Job was completed to my satisfaction.

That service turned fine. One employee came out and everything turned out fine. We discussed them coming out the in spring to replace some valves.

Todd arrived when he said he would and winterized the irrigation system efficiently. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He also completed the process for my neighbor, which was very helpful. Despite his busy schedule, he managed to do the job before the cold temperatures arrived. We were grateful for his prompt, careful, reasonably priced service!

I called Todd on 10/7; due to a cancellation he was able to come out the same day. He evaluated our needs & came back the next day to complete the job. The work was professional & done to our satisfaction. His price was very reasonable considering the need for extensive parts. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd & I will be using him for my future irrigation needs.

Todd, the owner of T&L Irrigation really knew what he was doing. I've had two other services in the past and neither of them were able to find the leak in our system. Not only did Todd find the leak but he found 3 leaks in our system. His service was fast, thorough and Todd is very easy to work with and I'll definitely use him in the future. What I mean to say is that Todd is now my permanent irrigation guy that I will use from here on out.

I contacted him and he seemed to forget about our appointment, but when I called him he came out the same day and took care of me. Things are looking good.

Todd was very responsive to my message to schedule on first thing on Monday. He arrived on time and was very professional, explaining the issue and going through other detais that I was not aware of. Overall, great job, very professional and I would easily recommend to others.

He worked very fast and did a great job on my variety of irrigation issues. He was able to repair a valve and get several sprinkler heads working again. We also had a sprinkler head that was behind a bush and not watering our yard. He was quickly able to move this sprinkler head into the yard and have it working. Also, the previous owners had several sprinkler heads replaced with a variety of brands and they weren't watering the yard efficiently. He replaced these and they look like they will work better.

Another company installed my sprinkler system. Todd came out and fixed the leaks and changed out the heads that were not watering the correct areas. Todd is very concerned about his customers satisfaction. He didn't leave till he answered all my questions and told me to call if I had an questions or problems. Super service!

Todd was fantastic! He called me right after I left a message for him to call. Came to the house on time and ready to fix any problem that he could find. Came completely prepared for anything. There are a few people in this business that you can trust, Todd if definitely one of them! I was embarrassed to only pay him $75 for all the work he did. Todd was professional, knows his trade, was very pleasant to talk to and a very honest and hard working man. I would recommend Todd to anyone that may be needing a simple repair to a full installation. I wish that I would have used Todd when I had my system installed, probably would have saved me a ton of money.

lTodd came out to repair my back flow, but quickly determined that it needed to be replaced (which is what I thought, but not what I hoped!!) He replaced it in about a week, which was pretty quick for the busy spring season. After installation, there was a problem with the back flow, but he came back out quickly and took care of it. He also gave my sprinkler system a much needed overhaul, and programed it for the most efficient watering possible. He always answered my calls, and was pretty responsive given how busy he was. I would absolutely use T&L Irrigation in the future.

Todd did a great job. He first tried to correct current unit, then was able to fix with a seal kit to avoid having to replace the unit, saving us money. Appreciate his frugal approach to the repair.

Todd seems like a very busy individual but he had called the night before and was very prompt in arriving at a time where we mutually agreed, He seems to enjoy his job, was cheerful, and most importantly, did a great job in not only installing the new equipment but also explaining to me how to easily run the system. I would highly recommend this company and Todd!

It went fine. Todd is a conscientious worker, came very early to start the day and left late. Offered sprinkling options for our considerations. Very personable and considerate.

Our old irrigation system needed heads repaired or replaced and re-positioned. More efficient heads were installed and lawn coverage was maximized by adding new heads Very pleased with professional service and results.

I rec'd a call back within an hour of my first inquiry. Todd came out that day and gave me an estimate on the spot. I have a very small bit of lawn, with the rest of the yard being large rock with specimen plantings. Todd dug through the rock by hand, laid the lines, hooked up the timer, and connected the water. He did this all himself without a crew, did it fast, and even during digging did not leave a mess. It is hardly noticeable now that any work was done in my yard. I'm pleased with the results, my grass and plantings are doing much better, and I no longer have to drag sprinklers around. He is also licensed to do the backflow regulator that the city requires annually, so I don't have to worry about finding another contractor to do that.

Very responsive. Came when promised. Actually fixed the leak on Sunday. Explained the problem clearly along with telling me how he would fix.

Came to my house couldn't fix my system but wanted to charge me. What a joke of a company

I called Todd when the City water department came to my house and noticed my lawn sprinkler back flow preventer leaking. Another service told me earlier I could let it go but I called Todd for a second opinion based on the City saying the leak would add up to $. I called Todd at 4:50 PM and he came to my house that evening! He tried all he could to repair the leak but said the previous home owners may have left the device out one winter and it developed a small crack. He ordered a new unit and installed it quickly! He offered to review my sprinklers since I was losing faith in the original company and found a serious leak and a damaged sprinkler. The leak was obvious once he showed it to me with water running out onto the sidewalk. I had noticed this before but believed if it was an issue the other company would have noticed it too. The other company missed it. Short story, Todd came out faster than anyone could expect and did a great job fixing my system. Hands down he will work for us again if we need any sprinkler work. Highly recommended!

Todd returned my phone call quickly and made an appointment to come give me an estimate. I was impressed with his willingness to install a system that would serve my needs.

Todd brought the broken part the next day and after installing, he checked out the whole system and repaired any broken sprinkler heads. I am very pleased with his professionalism and promptness.
