Steve’s Plumbing has been serving Northwest Arkansas for over 23 years. Steve (owner and operator) is a Rogers’s resident and is committed to the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Our goal is to satisfy the customer 100% and if this doesn’t happen tell us first so we can make it right. Our specialty is residential service. If you have a problem or just want a new water heater, garbage disposal, faucet, or toilet we are here to help. Gas lines and water lines meter, to house repair or replacement. Drain Service – camera vision inspection of drains – repair or replace sewer lines. We also do remodeling and small commercial jobs. We care about your safety and your home. Always be safe and make it your business to know who is in your home. Our techs all have the seal of safety which means they are drug tested and background checked for your safety. Craig was outstanding and completed replacement of the parts for both toilets in less than an hour. However, the charges were excessive to say the least. Parts were less than $60.00 for both toilets and labor was less than an hour. $600 is beyond explanation.
Description of Work: Two toilets needed all parts replaced, including tank removal to replace gaskets.

I'll never know - find someone else or just deal with issue
Description of Work: Didn't show up- waited the obligatory 2 hr"window" And 3 minutes after the time to be here- they called and were of course running late and wanted to reschedule- uh no. Guess my time isnt ad important as theirs - a service provide? They should send me the hourly rate that was so thourghly covered in all the details when "appointment " was made - maybe folks like this would stop breaking commitments

Response from Steve's Plumbing
We are under the impression that the two outside faucets we installed are working properly and that the service we provided was prompt. The call taker called before we sent the techs out to the home and we did a happy check to make sure the service was satisfactory. We were told that it was all working and fine. We see that you did not write in the comments why you would not use us again. If pricing is the issue we always tell customers the price upfront and they agree to the price before we do the work. We warranty our work so feel free to call us at 479.631.8804 if you are having a problem with the faucets.

did a good job and stayed late to complete the job in one day but the fittings are cheap and some have already started leaking.

Overall I am very happy. I joined Angie's List just so I could put out the good word on them. Thats how strong I feel about my experience.
Description of Work: Very Professional. Hard Working. Price was more than fair. Overall I can't say enough positive things about Steve's Plumbing. The job that was required was commercial sized installation of water lines for multiple duplexes. Everything about the service provided was above and beyond. If you hire them you will not be dissapointed. I already have budgeted in a couple of other large jobs in the comming fiscal year for plumbing work. I will hire Steve's Plumbing for them. Sleep like a baby, knowing the work is in good hands.

They're drug tested, background checked and trained. They showed up when they said they would. They wore booties over their shoes to protect my floors. They did what they were supposed to do. I had no issues with them. I give them A's across the board.

This unit is so efficient. I love this thing. The people that put it in were wonderful. They were very professional. We had a question after they had left and they helped us out and they were very helpful.

In total the job took 5-6 hours to complete. I would most likely use this company again in the future.
Description of Work: We had Steve's plumbing come out to dig up our old water main and put in a new copper-lined water main. They also put in a water pressure regulator.
