Started out pretty good, Seldon showed up on Monday morning started to tear down the roof, this took them 2 days. Then Wednesday, they started to replace the boards that were damaged, this took them a day there were 3 boards. When he replaced the boards he sprayed foam insulation in to hide the leaking area or to keep it from leaking again. It didn't work. Every now and then a couple times a day I would go outside and mention the fact that the roof was not being put on straight, I would get a dirty look, then when they started doing the valleys we asked them to put the storm protectors down in the valleys only, I guess he didn't want to spend the extra money, or spend the time to do it properly. Looking at my roof now you see what looks to be waves going through the entire roof. After 2 weeks of them coming and working on the house, the roof is finally done, he guaranteed me it would not leak again, so my husband and I proceeded to do the work that needed to be done on the inside to fix the hole in the ceiling. What we didn't realize is that it was not fixed. With the first really good rain, our ceiling started to leak again. Called Selden told him that the roof was still leaking, he said he would come over at 4 pm never showed never called nothing called him several times since then and no response from him what so ever. This is what he has posted on his website, which I believed, as far as the roofing is concerned it is not true. Free estimates, no job is too small. We do tiling, linolium, carpet, wood flooring, roofing, and add ons. We frame, sheetrock, mudd, tape, and paint. We do concrete work, yard work, fencing, and tree trimming.
