Rove Pest Control

The people have no complaints.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I called them and they came out the very next day. They were very prompt. The guy took a long time here and he was very detailed. I paid $79 for the initial fee and $100 quarterly based where I’m located at. That is really cheap in this neighborhood and it’s a good price. A lot of my neighbors use them, too.

GREAT. HAD BEEN OUT LAST MONTH AND SPRAYED AND I SAW A FEW SPIDERS ON THURSDAY AND CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT NEXT DAY TO SPRAY FOR FREE. VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL EACH TIME THEY COME. THEY ALWAYS ASK IF I HAVE ANY PROBLEM AREAS.VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE.

They're okay. They're not all that different from some of the others. They seem pretty service-oriented. They're thorough.

The representative arrived on time and was very professional. He performed all services in a timely manner. His work was complete to the point he actually removed a large hornets nests.

They do a real good job. They do an excellent job and they come back if there are any problems at no extra charge. They come out about 3 times a year and it is $130 per visit. We like everything about them. We don't have bugs. We would absolutely recommend them and we would certainly continue to use them. They have been perfect; beyond reproach.

They do a good job. They were always here. They come back, and were always on time. They were really responsive so I never had an issue. Their price is competitive. We've been very pleased with them.

They are always punctual and take care of everything. They find out what is going wrong. They are very respectful, comfortable, and quick.

I have no problems with the work Rove does. They are very effective at pest control, and if you are not satisfied with the results or see more pests in between treatments, they will re-treat at no additional cost. My only problems with them are being locked into a contract (that they will not let you out of) and the price per treatment, which I have been told is too high. Now that my one year is up, I will be shopping around for other options.

I called on Wednesday and they sent a representative out on Thursday. They were offering an "end of year" special for $75.00 plus tax. This required a one-year contract in which they will come out 3 more times (quarterly) at $99 per visit. They also guarantee the job and they will come out no charge between the regular scheduled appointments if any roaches or other pests reappear.

The work that Rove does is very good; we've had no insect issues in our home other than the occassional flea found on a pet between the animals' Frontline applications. In the home, they applied a powder that is safe for the kids and pets, and sprayed critical areas of the yard we were having problems with. The employees are extremely professional and very flexible (we've had to reschedule visits on occassion). I've been told that I could probably find the service for less money; but otherwise I'm very satisfied with the work.

Have been using Rove for almost two years, they treat about 6-8 times a year, monthly in the spring/summer and go to bi-montly in the late fall and winter. They are very friendly, set appointments, always on time, if I need anything extra, they handle it. Very knowledgeable employees about their business, can answer questions about anything related to their craft. Have recommended them to many folks outside the internet, now it is time to recommend them on the internet!
