+ -1 moreGood things first: They packed our stuff very carefully and I only had 2 broken coffee cups among all the things they moved. They were also very polite and did not damage any walls or do any damage to either property. However, I was told it would take 3 days to pack and 2 days to move however it took 3 days to pack and 5 days to move. The biggest problem I had with these guys is that they don't start working till 11 AM. Half the day was gone before they even started. They also take a lot of smoke breaks. On the first day of the move they worked from 11 AM until 1:30 AM. This would be fine if we were young single people without kids but when you are trying to live normal hours this does not work well. To be fair they did get it all done but they did not get it done in the expected time frame and I found it very frustrating to be waiting around for them to start. They also do not do a good job of answering the phone and returning phone calls. I just had to keep calling until I got an answer. They were $2000 cheaper than Little Guys Movers.
Description of Work: Road Runner moved us locally. Our house was 5 bedrooms and about 4000 square feet.

+ -1 moreAlthough the manager and I had some initial confusion about the moving date, the movers were great. They were fast, efficient, careful, and very communicative. I would recommend using them for in house moves.
Description of Work: Moved items between floors in my home and delivered a donation of household items to ARC. I did not use them as traditional movers.

Description of Work: I was told by the office they would be there between 9:30 and 10:00. They arrived at 11:00. They did a great job once they arrived from start to finish and were very polite, no damage to furniture. They accepted my expressed disappointment with the lack of a courtesy call very well and apologized. We were moving my Mom to an assisted living facility that morning and if was very stressful for her. That's the only thing keeping them from an overall A. |

Description of Work: Road Runner Moving had been sold to a couple in Rogers. So their address is Rogers, AR. |They moved us from a 3 bedroom home. They did an excellent job. Very care full with all of our things. Would recommend/use them again.

Description of Work: We had to move the contents of a two bedroom home to a storage shed. The two man crew was efficient and careful with the packing. We were worried that all our stuff wouldn't fit in the storage unit but they figured it out and were able to easily pack it all in. They were concerned with an antique we had so gave us a free blanket to keep. This was the second time we used them and we were very happy with their service. Would definitely use again.
