Description of Work: They came to my home to make repairs. We had water damage to the seal of our home, the floor joice, and the walls. They brought the lumber but then they decided they could not do the work because it was going to rain. They said on the next day the weather was good they would come back and finish the work. The company never came back and they never contacted me. I called a half of a dozen times and no one ever got back to me. I happened to call yesterday and they said they will not do the work and I can keep the lumber. This was after a whole month of not hearing from this company. I do not recommend anyone doing business with them if they treat their customers this way.

Description of Work: Requested a full quote on complete gut and renovation (rebuild) of an existing structure. The departing discussion was regarding the feasibility of rebuild vs demo and new build. I requested a quote in both. A week or so after inspection I received an email with the statement a renovation was not cost effective so they just provided a cookie cutter new build quote with no real detail. As the customer I felt that was actually my decision to make. I understand the effort required to provide a detailed quote but that's what I expected. If someone can not provide that effort not really sure if I want them remodeling or building my new home whichever I chose.

 + 8 moreRonnie and Marvin were great to work with. they were truly professional, on time for appointments, detailed estimates, discussed our ideas and offered alternative ideas that made a difference. We were out of town throughout the majority of the remodel but were in constant contact with R&R if there was an issue. they also provided photos via text so we could see the work in progression. we added one more job (painting) to the list after we began the project. This was a huge time saver for us and they did an outstanding job. we have two great looking rooms. We have future remodel needs and R&R will definitely get our business again.
Description of Work: work consisted of; relocate 2 interior doors, add sheetrock/insulation, remove aluminum wiring and replace with copper, hang 4 new doors, build new closet, hang ceiling fans, and paint

They came right away, gave me the quote & started work right then. They were so professional & agreeable & polite. I would definitely use them for any work that I need done around my home.
