Preventive Maintanence Service

We contacted Ronnie late in the week for an estimate. He came out Saturday and gave us what we considered a fair price compared to some other estimates we had received. We met Monday night to go over and sign a contract. He started work Tuesday and completely tire out the old shower. We were impressed when we returned home with how clean everything was. Work was finished by Saturday and we used the shower for the first time the following Tuesday. At that time we noticed the water was pooling in places. My husband called Ronnie and he came out the following Tuesday and took out some of the problem areas. It's draining better and I can't tell where he redid the work. I'd use him again.

He was late starting the project but that was OK. Not in a hurry. The floor tile was OK (nothing special). Where the shower came out to the wall, it was sloppy and obvious patching with caulk was evident. There were two shades of grout used (or he used caulk) in the shower. There is no resemblance in the shower to the master bath job which was done by someone else. Mr. Narx cracked the toilet when he put it back in place. He told me he would reimburse us for the new one. He didn't (we had to hire someone else to come in to correct the mistake).
