+ -1 moreOther than the weather having an affect everything went fine. Ellick was here every day, bright and ready to work. When he had a question with something he always asked. He wanted to be paid on a sliding scale and it worked fine. Ellick has a Facebook page (Morey Construction) with a few pictures of this porch on it. Ellick also replaced an exterior door and will be replacing another soon. I value his work and character.
Description of Work: Built a stand-alone 16' x 16' screened porch on the end of a concrete patio. This had treated lumber for the floor and roof. The floor was also covered with outdoor carpet. The underside of the roof was finished with raw fur and looks extremely attractive. Electricity was also installed as well as a ceiling fan and glass/screen storm door. The roof was also finished with architectural shingles to match the house. Very Impressive. The screen was firm and tight. He did a really exceptional job. We have had many compliments both on the outside and inside. Our neighbors are jealous!!
