+ -1 moreWe made three calls (over 2 weeks) to the company to get the estimate but they never returned any calls! We took our business elsewhere! This was a waste of my time.
Description of Work: Needed a repair of a front porch roof. They came and evaluated but never contacted us with the estimate.

+ -1 moreI had to pay additional money for the damage the leak caused, which I beleive could have been prevented.
Description of Work: I had McDowell inspect my roof but they only inspected the East side of the roof. Later on, we had leaks on the West side of the roof which would have been detected if they spent more time inspecting the whole area.
