The workers sent to my house were courteous, friendly and new how to communicate with me regarding ideas and my needs.

We had to put in a new shower and the project was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Mark came and helped us with how we wanted the shower to look and then gave us an estimate which was competitive with other offers. The men showed up on time everyday and were the most pleasant bunch of guys I have encountered. They did a great job, left the job site very clean each day and did a beautiful job completing our shower. We didn't have to do anything. When they were finished my bathroom was spotless. I can only recommend Mac Residential in every aspect. Looking forward to using them again for future projects.

Evan though start was delayed because of COVID pandemic requirements work was completed to our satisfaction by o time,professional and skilled workers

Mac residential did an amazing job! Mark, Pat, and Karry are top notch! From the very beginning, they walked us through the entire project, helped us make decisions, made recommendations. Communicated with us constantly about what would work, what would not work, explained the why behind decisions, and made sure we were satisfied with every step before moving onto the next one. they took the time to assess our needs, and at the end of it, we remodeled two bathrooms that both exceeded our needs, our wants, and turned out better than we originally designed. I canâ t say enough good things, it literally was like magic watching what we designed with Mark, be brought to life by Pat. Customer service and follow up were absolutely superb. it was refreshing to work with a team that took amazing pride in their work, and wanted to make sure every detail was perfect. We were so impressed that they will also be doing our kitchen remodel later this year.

I just started out with some Pintrest ideas, and they had even better ideas than what I could have imagined. Very detailed work, talked me thru everything made sure that I was involved in any decisions. Very happy with the finished product

Mark and his team have done a spectacular job on my bathroom renovation . They were able to turn a bad flip job into something I want to show off to everyone.

The experience was enjoyable and the owner Mark was very professional and still personable. Working with Terry, Levi and Ryan was very easy and they did everything to our satisfaction.

In the end, they did an ok job.

All the employees were courteous and did all they could to attend to our requests. They were very considerate of the amount of dust and debris that was created and tried not to interrupt the normal household routine. We will absolutely use them again for our next remodel. Mark offered excellent advice on the concepts we were trying to accomplish. They were here when they said they would be and worked without wasting time. Our project could not have gone smoother. Their pricing was fair and did exactly what was laid out in the estimate. Thanks to Mark, Karry, and Matt.

My only criticism is that there was no consistent start to the day

Very pleased with all phases: response time to initial inquiry (within the day), design recommendations, price quote thoroughness, removal of old countertops/sinks/hardware/toilets (very clean workers) and lights, installation of new products/touch up painting. They do an excellent job and highly recommended. No delays or excuses or problems.

The bathroom remodel that was just completed by Mac Residential Services was beyond my expectations. The whole project was expertly handled from beginning to end: the quote, replacing all bathroom fixtures, removing and replacing tile, and the communication process. I would highly recommend this business.
