They had to come out 2 times; because I did not explain what I needed correctly before the first visit. They charged $75 an hour and charged $100 for the parts they needed to complete the tasks we had asked them to perform. So, even though, they made the trip twice, they only charged for the actual 3 hours they came and worked. Very prompt. Very clean at their job, using a shop back after drilling holes to run the electric lines. Courteous. They were actually less expensive installing the stove than the local appliance dealer would have been, to install the stove, had I bought it locally! I purchased the stove on line and saved taxes and shipping/delivery fees also! It was the seller of the stove that suggested joining Angie's List to find someone to install the stove. I was not able to get in touch with the electrician recommended by Angie's List and used these guys instead. Can't be more positive about them! I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing an electrician! Also, the stove was still in the box in the garage, and these guys, unpacked and carried the item into the kitchen, hooked it up and made sure it was working properly before leaving the job.
