They were excellent!! I had a complete replacement of the ac unit. He also replaced the pad, sleeve, and other items worn out. They think of everything, clean up his mess, and even hauled off the old holster heater sitting in the yard. He was very friendly, answered all my questions, and was very professional. Price was great, too!! I couldn't have asked for better service.

I would definitely hire them again. They worked through a number of issues with no problem. Great price, quality and warranty! I am happy with the installation!! They didn’t leave a mess either. 👍

Excellent experience from start to finish. Bill Walked me through picking out Best system and finance options. Installers went way above and beyond in Hot attic. Job site manage stopped by house later that night to make sure everything went well. That evening Owner Kinty Jones messaged me to make sure System was up and working and if anything else he could help with. You Can Not get better Customer Service than that. Just a Great Arkansas Family Owned Business!!!! Would give 6 starts if I could and would highly recommend for service or new system

They were out the same day I called and had a new furnace installed. They took payment over the phone and mailed me my warranty info and paperwork

Made an appointment for a furnace repair. He said they would arrive that late afternoon or at latest, the next day. I did respond immediately to their text with the requested information. Never heard from them again. What they weren't aware of is that I'm planning on replacing my unit and wanted to get a feel for them before scheduling such a large job. Well, I did get the feel of them...

The tech arrived very quickly and worked for almost an hour to clear the plugged drain and got the air conditioner back running when the outdoor temperature was in the 90's. Kinty Jones has been our A/C service company for many years as my Dad and I have several rental units, homes and businesses. They were always fair on the price and always there on time and stayed till the job was finished. You will never be sorry to call them when you have heat or A/C problems in the NW Arkansas area.

When I first called Kinty Jones back in December of 2014, he had never heard of me before. He and I met at my house within 45 minutes of my call. He gave me 3 quotes within 30 minutes of meeting me, and explained the differences. Because my wife was waiting for another price from someone else, it took several days to give Kinty the go ahead. He had a crew there within a couple days and we had a new HVAC system in less than 2 days. I have a special roof so I had to get the roofing contractor to come and cut and flash the hole so that delayed Kinty's crew a few hours. I stopped in at Kinty's location in Rogers the other day and again, Kinty himself was out the door and met me at my truck before I could even get out, asking if he could help me. I am thoroughly impressed with Kinty Jones as someone who takes care of business. He will always have my heat and air business, that's for sure.

We called them to come and check our a/c units because we moved in less than a year ago. Dusty was the service provider. He said that one of the units we had was not large enough to cool a certain area, but the unit was in good shape. There was an upstairs unit that was 30 years old. He suggested we replace it (was $3000 cheaper), and that would help the larger unit. We did and it helped tremendously. The installers came the next day and put in the new air conditioner. They were friendly and professional.

90 degree day with no air. I knew my system had to be charged before being turned on based on last two years and I procrastinated until it got hot. My regular guy, Austin's HVAC in Rudy had gone out of business. Called another contractor - Holsted out of Mountainburg - the previous day and never got callback. Called Kinty Jones at 10 AM and somebody actually answered the phone - asked what system was doing and said that they had a guy in the area but couldn't give me a time for appt due to their volume. I texted address and sent email via Angie's List. I texted back at 6pm when I hadn't heard anything and got a callback in 15 mins by Jerry saying he was finishing up a job and would be here by 7 or so. He rolled into driveway at 7:05....pretty good estimate! My system is older so I did get the usual sell on having to have it replaced, but I was prepared for it. Jerry did a great job of explaining why it needed replacement. Looking down the double barrels of a $9K replacement , he was offering financing but I didn't want to get into easy monthly payments and will have to wait until next year. He charged the system, was very professional and kept his work area clean. He honored the Angie's List coupon graciously and applied one to both systems in the house - something I wasn't expecting! After he left, I got a follow up text from Kinty asking how things had gone, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, very happy and will certainly use for future work. Jerry mentioned something about price match on new system so will likely us them next year for the big replacement job as well as jobs that come up now and then in my professional life.
