Description of Work: I purchased the $39.95 inspection. The specialist showed up promptly (which was 6:30 in the evening). It was really helpful that he could come after work. He checked out the unit, told me the capacitor wasn't operating at optimal efficiency and what my options were. He was straight forward an didn't use scare tactics like so many others might have. He fixed it rapidly and was courteous and informative. I would recommend Charles and the folks at Kinty Jones any time, if this is their standard of service! Thanks guys!
