They were okay. They did not find any issues.

Kinty Jones had a Special to tune up your HVAC so called for maintenance. They arrived as scheduled, checked out our unit then gave us a sales pitch to purchase a unit from them. He stated that our unit was too small for our house and that a part was needed to make the fan operate correctly. He was unhappy that I gave him a coupon for the service call, but did honor it. I asked for an estimate of the charges for the part needed and for the call. I was quoted $200.00. We decided to get a second opinion and called a dealer of our unit. They (2) arrived on time to check out our unit. I had previously asked what a service call was $69.00. Upon checking out our unit told us our unit was preforming correctly. Showed them our previous receipt showing we needed a replacement part to make our fan run correctly. We found out there was no such part and our fan was working correctly. WHAT A SCAM - that could be correct by Kinty Jones for $4,000 to $6,000. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND! Kinty Jones called & RESOLVED my complaint and refunded 100% of the cost of the service preformed. Kinty Jones stated that he would be sending a check for 100% of the charge incurred. We received the check the following day.I feel that the situation has been resolved to our satisfaction. He seems to care about what customers want. He stated he would be making sure in the future that his employees met satisfaction.

My air conditioner had stopped working the night before. They came out the day I called at the time they said. The tech was very professional and thorough. The price was fair

Kinty Jones who was the owner of Advanced Heat and Air before filing bankruptcy installed the HVAC system in my new house. They undersized the unit so it cannot keep up if the temp outside is above 85 degrees or below 25 degrees. They also sold me an extended warranty and I learned today that they never sent the paperwork or the money for the warranty to the manufacture so I do not have the extended warranty that I paid for, basically they stole from me. No wonder Kinty Jones had to file for bankruptcy.

Their rep , Charles Riley , arrived and found the problem right away . He replaced the defective part , checked the entire system and had us up and running in 1/2 hr. Charles is an asset to Kinty Jones , he cares about his customers .

I have used Kinty Jones 3 times so far this year. (I own several rental properties.) Two times they replaced the condenser fan motor and once, a whole new 3 ton system. They always answer my calls. Their response time has been VERY quick. Within a couple hours at best and within 24 hours at worst. They have never charged me more than was quoted and were willing to work out a payment plan if necessary. I will continue to use Kinty Jones for all my HVAC needs.

I called Kinty and left a message and he called me back right back we talked a bit and he had a tech out the same day. The young man was careful and informative, and gave use several options to go over based on what we wanted. We talked to Kinty a couple days later and told him the option we wanted and he had it in, running and all cleaned in under 4 hours at the exact price he quoted. I would trust this company for all my heat and air needs.

It was a great experience.! The service provider arrived on time and was able to clean up and service my furnace.

These guys were the only people who would come out on short notice. They worked late and got to me as soon as they could. Great service and very friendly.

Kinty was very quick to respond to the request and also to complete the work once we determined the solution we wanted to pursue. He was very professional and flexible. He offered several different alternatives that would best work with our budget. He replaced the air conditioner unit as well as fixed a few other minor issues that would improve performance as well.

The week of March 16th, 2014, my 1987 furnace decided it was time to give up the ghost. Starting on Wednesday I believe, I noticed that my pilot light kept going out after I lit it. On Friday, it would not stay lit at all. I called Kinty Jones Heating and Cooling on Saturday morning and he, Kinty, told me that he would come out before noon. I was very pleased just about that. He came out and basically told me what I feared which was that I needed a new furnace. He was very detailed and thorough and showed me why his company sold a certain brand of products by providing me with a Consumer Reports magazine to review. I liked how he wasn't just trying to sell me something, he wanted me to be informed about what I was getting. I decided to go ahead and get a new A/C unit because I just wasn't confident in what I had, since I had just bought my house in 2012. Kinty sent his team out the very next day! I was thrilled because temps were going to be in the 20s that night. I was very happy with Kinty and his team. All involved were very prompt and professional and I would recommend him to anyone who needed heating and cooling services.

It was fine. I wasn’t 00% happy because they didn’t tell me before they added Freon to my system that I’m being charged extra. I asked him to take a look at things and when he did, he saw that my Freon in my AC was low and he added extra and ended up charging me quite a bit for the stuff that I didn't actually ask for. The initial amount was an A but the extra charge was an F.

When our small office furnace gave out in the dead of winter, we contacted several local companies to give us estimates for a replacement. Kinty came out within a couple hours of our first phone call and evaluated our needs. He provided a written estimate and told us he could start the next day if we were ready to go (it was 4:30 PM when he came!) After meeting with two other contractors the next day, we had three different quotes for slightly different systems, at different prices. I had felt that Kinty took the time to visit with me about what we needed (and what we didn't need), but his price was also the highest by a little bit. So when I called him back, we reviewed the particulars and he was able to rework his quote a bit. It still wasn't the lowest but I appreciated his promptness and help, and we hired them to do the work. His men showed up promptly at 9:30 the next day and began the job. Even though they had to handle an emergency service call in the middle of the day, they finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with their service and the new unit has worked great. I would hire them again if I have the need.

Kinty (owner) is a super nice guy! He came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate when other H&A companies couldn't or wouldn't. He was very knowledgeable and informed me of the features and benefits of my options and gave prices that same day. It was a very complex job and he and his professional crew exceeded my expectations.

Great. Very responsive in calling back. On time for appointment. We are delighted we did not have to replace and gave us suggestion on how to improve length of current unit. Will use for any future need.

My tenants were having trouble with an A/C unit that was not cooling. Kinty Jones came out later that day and checked out the unit. The unit is 18 yrs old and I as the landlord knew I was on borrowed time. Rather than put more money into the A/C unit, I asked for a quote on replacing the complete HVAC system (A/C and Furnace) and if they would give me a discount if I did both sides of the duplex. They gave me a very competitive bid on replacing both HVAC systems and they were installed the very next day. Happy tenants, happy landlord.

Mr Jones was professional and prompt. Our house feels great now!

The guy who came out said that I have a wiring issue on the furnace but we cancelled on that. He came and used all of our own equipment. He sprayed into our unit and said there leaves in there but he didn't take them out. He wasn't very respectful to my parents who were there. He didn't do a good job and then he said that the wiring around the equipment had been chopped and retaped but we knew that. He said that he can fix that for $400. We had someone else come out and he said the repair would only cost us $80 to have that taken care of. The Kinty Jones Heating & Cooling guy came to my store and informed me that my vents are very dirty and we had marked the date on them because the vents should last for 3 months. Apparently, they're not lasting for 3 months which is fine and we will take care of that part but he was very rude about that. He turned off our unit and left the air filters out and said not to turn it back on until we had new filters in which I thought was very rude also. He told me that I could wait on the wirings but he told my parents that it couldn't wait. We would never use their service again unless they send another gentleman to do the service. It was rude to use our own equipment to clean out a unit. My parents are very nice people and he made my dad very irritated. For value of the service we got, it wasn't worth the coupon.

i purchased the service on Angies list at a discount with coupon. Representative was on time for appointment and very pleasant to work with. Performed the subject services in a very efficient and thorough manner. He took his time but did not drag it out. He explained in detail the results of the service and was very upfront in the needs of the system. I came away with the impression that he and the company were very honest. The final bill was exactly as advertised. He did inform me about additional services but in no way tried to pressure me into committing to more. I will use Kinty Jones again in the future and would recommend them without reservation.

I found this company on Angie's List and noted they had good reviews. It was also helpful that they offered a coupon for Angie's List customers for 50% off a Service Call. I contacted them at 9:30am and they were at my house by 10:30am. The technician was prompt, very professional and personable to speak with. He found the issue quickly, made the necessary adjustments and cleaned the unit for maximum functionality. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing Heating & A/C service and repairs.

I had been experiencing less than par cooling in the upstairs section of the house. I called Kinty Jones Heating & Air service after reading reviews on Angie's List. I called at approximately 10am and was scheduled for 1:30pm the very same day. Charles was the service man that came to my house. Quite a distance from town,I might add. He was exactly on time. He was extremely courteous. He also was very conscientious of not tracking dirt,etc. into the house. He listened to me, evaluated the problem, quickly resolved it. And then took the time to walk me through future problem solving on my own. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or make repairs that were not necessary. As a widow whose husband took care of all of these issues before, I can not express the appreciation of good honest service people. I will definitely use Kinty Jones Heating again and would reccomend them to anyone.

He said the entire system had reached its life expectancy and suggested a new system instead of spending the money to fix the old. He was helpful with financing and did negotiate with me for a lower price. However, a second opinion suggested we could continue with our old system for awhile and save money.

When my old AC stopped working and I was told it needed replacement, Kinty Jones was one of 3 company's I contacted for a quote. Although his price was not the lowest, his quick response, professional quotation, quality of system and promise of continued service convinced me to select him as my provider. His crew returned as promised 2 days later with all the system. They completed the installation in a long day and everything has been working fine. Installation was done well except for one small problem in that the condensate drain pipe was blocking installation of filter. This was corrected within 3 weeks, which was acceptable.
