They were very punctual and worked with me on scheduling. They did not push for any unnecessary work. They work is always done right and on the first time. William was very nice to work with and very helpful.

The crew was on time and professional. The job was completely quickly and with high quality workmanship.

We've had them out three or four times, and they are always thorough, efficient, and cost-effective. Furthermore, the quality of work is outstanding, and Ken, the owner, always follows through on his commitments.

The work was for my son's house. Since I am home during the day, I made the arrangements. The scheduling went well. William and his helper arrived a few minutes later than planned, but he had called to tell me he would be a little late. He analyzed the problem with the water heater. The thermostat was not functioning properly. He told me what he needed to do and the approximate cost. He got the parts and returned shortly. The problem was resolved and was about $40 less than he had thought. He also adjusted the water pressure. Now the plumbing seems normal. Very pleased with his work. He is very good about explaining the problem and solutions.

Found where he was working, called and he came the same day. Recommended doing the other bathroom while he was there. Be sure and request William.

I had several leaks in the water line between the meter and the house - built in 1986. After several estimates, we contracted 1st Plumbing Services to perform the line replacement. They came on time, performed the work quickly, cleaned up, and got paid.The track-hoe operator was a real artist - very skilled. In spite of rocks and roots, they worked quickly and left the yard in presentable condition. Cost was considerably below other estimates.

1st Plumbing Services was highly recommended to us, and we have been very satisfied with all their work. We have used them for several jobs so far and are already preparing to work with them again. Whether I am speaking to them on the phone or in person, they are always very respectful of us, our house, and our budget. On their most recent visit, they were clearing some clogs that were causing sinks to back up. Not only did he know what he was doing and do it well, but he moved quickly the entire time he was here. He wasn't too rushed to do the job right and he did take the time to answer all my questions, but I really appreciated his quickness since they charge by the hour. I look forward to working with them again soon.

It went fine. The plumber told me what to do to rectify the issue, but there wasn't much he could do. He seemed simultaneously sorry he couldn't do more for me for the house call fee and desirous to up-sell me.

The plumber arrived right on time. He explained the work to be performed and estimated time of completion. The work was completed in that time frame and he left things cleaner than he found them. They also hauled away the old one.
