Description of Work: Added space to the living room from the porch and changed walls and cabinets in several areas. They also straightened a stairway access to the upstairs making it more functional.

Description of Work: Janacek Construction repaired a water damaged wall and painted our dining room, then did partial remodels on two bathrooms and our kitchen. In some cases, Janacek personnel did the work and in other instances, for example, granite and floor tile installation, preferred providers listed by Janacek were used. Janacek Construction coordinated all phases of the work. In some cases, Janacek suggested we negotiate price and pay providers (flooring, tile, shower door, granite counter tops) and they would then coordinate their work with the providers. In all cases, the work was done promptly, workers were on site when promised and the work was professionally done. Three bedrooms and the dining room were re-carpeted by one of Janacek's preferred providers. Entire cost of the project (including the $13,000 paid to Janacek) was just under $33,000. We were well pleased with their honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
