I have never met a more honest plumber. They explain to you exactly what is going on and give you an estimate of the job before continuing with the project. I contacted the company and they put me in touch with the owner, which is highly unusual. Matt listened to what I was saying and than when I said my husband wanted to try one more time to clear the clog, he was very polite. I contacted him again Sunday evening and asked if they could send someone. Matt had Brian at my house that next afternoon. It's Plumbing is the only plumber i will use!

This company knows what customer service is. Their guys showed up when expected worked until the job was done. They needed to go get a part but did not charge me for the time it took them to do that. The guys were super friendly and polite. They were aware that we had a gas range being delivered that afternoon. They called me that evening to make sure the installation went ok. I m not sure how the rate stacks up against other plumbers. That is because I could not get any other plumber to call me back. This company responds and shows up!
