The company was quick to respond to my inquiry on the internet. The quote was done with the â working mans budgetâ in mind. I got the quote on Friday and the work was completed by mid afternoon on Monday. Jerry and Nathan came out to do the work in my shop. They were polite, professional and all around nice guys. Great customer service! The owner took my call after hours and was extremely helpful and took his time answering my questions thoroughly. Price was fair, not cheap and not expensive. Work was good quality and exactly what they told me it would be. They sent out a master electrician to build the free quote for me and he was great. Answered all my questions, didn't try to upsell me on anything, only tried to sell me exactly what I needed. They installed an electrical outlet for me to charge my Tesla.

I had a list of projects that had been building over time - replacing can lights with LED fixtures, diagnose and replace GFI, diagnose lost power to my pond, install replacement security lights, find short in indoor outlet. Their office manager, Jenny, contacted me the same day to set an appointment with their estimator. He arrived at the time arranged and went through my entire list, even suggested how we could reduce the cost by starting with one phase of lighting improvement to see if that met my needs -- and it did! When the technician came for our appointment, he was prompt, communicated with me about what he was going to do, and got the job done efficiently and to my satisfaction. This is an excellent company and I wouldn't consider using anyone else in the future.

We had large remodel project in our home. We submitted a request on Home Advisor looking for plumbing, electrical, etc. We received a call from It's Electric the very next day. Through Matt Gifford, our GC, we used It's Electric and were very pleased with the ease of scheduling, and communication was outstanding. Due to the size of the job, there were multiple visits. Gavin showed up on our first appointment and we were very impressed with his professionalism and great attitude. We specifically requested that he be the electrician that would respond and complete the rest of electrical needs for the remodel. Matt said, absolutely no problem. We've been extremely impressed with It's Electric and highly recommend them.
