Excellent customer service, timely follow up and flexible scheduling. Both Matt's were very professional and 'earned' our business as they said they would. Courteous in making recommendations for best lighting options. Installed kitchen and ceiling fan light fixtures, repaired wiring mismatches and validated/tested outlets. Matt F did an amazing job and we will hire them again to finish additional upgrades in home.

Outstanding Customer Service! Matt and his team quickly identified by electrical issue and corrected it within 1 day. I had a circuit of outlets without power. The Master Electrician troubleshooted the line and found the wire cut within the wall. He cut a hole in drywall and installed a new outlet to connect the circuit to meet current electric codes. I definitely recommend It is Electric for your home electric issues.

We have been asking for our warranty for this electrical box since January, no warranty, no paper work of any kind. Talked with them last week they said they sent the warranty to my mom certified mail, six days ago, nothing yes, now they will not take our calls. We have outlets that worked for for, but do not work at all now. Very unprofessional group, It is Electric and Smooth Touch, Both owned by Matt Gifford. UNBELIEVABLE HOW THEY TREAT THE ELDERLY. 5/02//19 *****Update***** It is electric, tell us nothing but lies, they told us that they sent our paperwork certified mail two weeks ago, we have never gotten it, we can prove everything that we are saying about them to be true, we are not out to hurt anyone, we paid good money to bad service, they dance around all of our requests for warranty papers, but will not send them, court documents do not lie.

They were able to get an electrical panel moved from one wall to another wall within a day after coordinating with the electric company, I’m extremely pleased and they’ve earned my future business!

The electrician was polite and worked hard. He did not leave until job was done. Showed-up on time everyday. Helped me understand everything he did showing me the new code book so that I would be in compliance with the new codes. When I need an electrician I will call It's Electric first.

We had excellent service. All projects were done expertly by a friendly and pleasant service person. Good value and good job. I would use them again for electrical work.

Matt was very timely in that he sent out his top electrician to inspect and correct discrepancies that were noted on home inspection.
