We had a living room ceiling fan that was inoperable due to lightning strike at out house. The room has 19' ceilings and I was told by 2 other companies they'd need to put up scaffolding... and at twice the cost estimate of It's Electric, who were able to get the job done with a special ladder. It was not a simple ceiling fan install as the lightning strike had damaged wiring/ wall switch. They figured it out and got the job done right.

The project type did not offer new electical service install which is what Matt and his crew were hired to preform. They were on my property to do the install within a couple days of my call. I was already staying in my home without water and electric. During a call with Matt, I inquired if he knew of a good plumber due to some issues I was having with my septic and water install to my home. He said, "It just so happens" they also have a second business. "It's Plumbing" Matt knowing my situation had both his plumbing and electrical crew out within 24 hours. I can not say enough about the quality,caring service I received by both of Matt'companies and their crews. I am so pleased with the service, I am hiring It's Electric to install ceiling fans inside my home. The point being everything from major to minor work, they are equipped to handle. Need more contact with the customer on arrival time. I understand sometimes jobs over run on time. I was told they would be here at 8am. received a call at 9 am saying they were running about 10 minutes behind. Showed up at 9:45. OK for me since I was home all day but others may need a more accurate expected time of arrival.

Matt was quick but very thorough and went out of his way to make the job look great. Friendly personality would definitely recommend 2000%

We are more than satisfied with not only the end result of our exterior house lighting, but we feel not many people would go above and beyond what they have done. After installaing the lights, that following evening we realized they were a little brighter than what we expected them to be, but the good thing is there were settings on the lights that can be turned down to a warmer setting, only to be done by the electricians. We contacted Matt and he personally came out, in the pouring rain, to re-set the lights. It was absolutely pouring rain(I cannot stress that enough) and he did all 9 lights! Great work, great service, and even better people!

The estimator and the electricians were all pleasant and were here at exactly the time they said they would be here. The work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up their work area.

Service was outstanding! Matt went above and beyond to get the job done. We were extremely pleased with him and his work. We will definitely contact It s Electric when we need any kind of electrical work done.

I have used them before.. They are pros, clean and neat, friendly take the time to explain what is needed and not trying to oversell.. This time I had a couple of items to look at. Dan did the job in a couple of hours at a fair price and time wise. Will use them again and send people to them. 5*s..

We had a very eventful home disaster.Wwe called midday and they showed up within 30 minutes, and quickly assessed the issue and were very professional. They came back a couple times, as well as helped troubleshoot things over the phone well past their closing time. Continued with support even through 9pm. They'll be the company I go through for all electrical issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dan showed up the day before to ensure he would have the right type of ladders with him when he came the next day. He showed up when he said and worked until the job was done. He installed three outside fixtures and helped to trouble shoot an issue we had with getting a light at our boat dock to light.

Matt and those working for him are 5 star professionals. In addition everyone is respectful, personable and genuinely interested in accomplishing what the customer wants/needs in the most efficient and, more importantly, safest way possible. It's Electric exceeded my pickiest expectations by far. My father was a master electrician and ran an electrical business as a perfectionist. I believe Dad would have left the same review. I have already called for another project and will be a lifetime customer.

They were quick, friendly, thorough, and came out after the storm crashed a tree into our electrical panel. They even worked during Labor Day weekend to make sure our house was back up and running. Mack was awesome!

EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXACTLY WHAT i NEEDED, IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS. Needed lightbulbs changed for high ceiling recessed lights. Also cleaned and repaired ceiling fan while changing the ceiling fan bulbs.

I highly recommended them, courteous, efficient and responded very quick to my request. I was very pleased with their service.

It was 99 and muggy outside. I donâ t know how hot it was up in the attic but they were both up there. Iâ ll bet it was 130 up there. Not a word about it. The hit it hard all day and finished up late afternoon. Beautiful work, tidy wiring, cleaned up after themselves and took the old stuff away with them. I could not ask for a better job.
