My dryer was making a squeeling noise. I called Grimes Appliance for an appointment. They made it out to my house the same day at the time they said they would. Jason diagnosed the problem and made a quick trip for a part. He returned to repair my dryer ASAP. Now, it no longer makes any noises.

Since the dryer has been purchased upon recommendation from Grimes, I called. Mr. Grimes, who made recommendation for the purchase, is elderly so nowadays he sends his son to do repair work. Explained problem to son on phone (make, model of dryer) so he brought the proper belt. Knew exactly how to remove old belt and install new one.

My washer wouldn't spin. I found the guy on Angie's list. I called him and told him how my washer was acting. Over the phone, he said he was sure it was the transmission. He was prompt in coming over, looked at the washer and said it was the transmission. He left and came back shortly and "fixed" the washer. Only it still wouldn't spin. After I had paid him $275 dollars. He left and didn't call to check up on the washers performance. I called him back and told him the washer was still not spinning. He came back and I don't know what the heck he did this time.(he didn't charge me) but he told me to wash on "quick wash" on "gentle cycle". Now does that sound rght to you??? Has he contacted me since? NOOOOOOO he hasn't I saw 4 great reviews on this guy, Jason Grimes so that is why I called him in the first place. I'm not very happy and will never use him again!

They were great. I'm a mom, my dryer was broken and they came the same day I called. They were professional, friendly, proficient and the cost was fair. I will call them again, if ever a need arises, without doubt.

The belt on our dryer went out on a Sunday. I found the belt and replaced it on Monday, but it did not fix the problem. I called Grime's Appliance Service on Tuesday morning. He was out on a call, but still came quicker than I expected. He was friendly and got right to work. He found the problem and showed me exactly what was wrong. The work was completed very quickly and the bill was very reasonable. I would absolutely use Grime's again.

Very professional, good service. We will call this company again should the need arise.

The guy charged me a service call which was about $80 and about $14 for the part; so the total was $94. My experience with him was excellent. That was the second time I used him. He came when he was supposed to. He was in and out. He already had the part with him. He did a great job.
