The cost of the realtor was 6% of the closing cost. I can't say anything negative about the realtor. He was awesome. He was working with us at 9 o' clock at night and Sunday mornings, whenever we needed him.

We put down a security deposit of $800.00 before moving in the rental property. They gave us a grace period of five (5) days to have the rent into them each month, however if we went past a single day Elizabeth would call and text multiple times each day for the rent. She did this even though we were allowed 5 days. This happened two out of the six months we were there. Each time she would call/text it would be extremely rude and unprofessional. At the time of the signing of the lease we were told that upon leaving that we were obligated to have the carpets cleaned. We agreed to this as we were told that the previous tenants had done the same when they had vacated the premises. On the day we moved in we noticed that this was NOT the case and the carpets were stained in places and soiled near doors. We let them know of the situation but were told that it was done and we were still responsible to clean them when we left. We fought this to no avail and to avoid losing part of our security deposit we had them professionally cleaned when we moved. We were not allowed to steam them ourselves, they forced us to spend $107 to have them cleaned professionally. After we moved out it was the responsibility of the Griffin Co. to have the water switched back into their name. This was never done thus delaying us from receiving the "final" bill for the water. The Final bill was required to receive our deposit back so this forced us to pay an additional 2 weeks of water that was not used by us. Griffin refused to pay their share of this and it is not worth the trouble of courts to fight them for it. They have obviously done this before because they made no qualms about not paying it. Bottom line, I DO NOT recommend anyone from doing business with this "company" for any reason. There are a lot of good companies in the area that would appreciate and value your business, this is by far not one of them.
