Description of Work: The technician, Tony, arrived on time, he immediately diagnosed the problems with the dishwasher and the overhead microwave/vent. He explained that the microwave would cost more to repair than it is worth, and that we could purchase a new one cheaper than repairing the old one. He identified the part needed to repair the dishwasher, gave me an estimate for the part & labor, which was cheaper than buying an equivalent new dishwasher. And then Tony went above-and-beyond the call of duty by troubleshooting my garbage disposal (which the company does not typically repair). He quickly discovered the problem, and reset the disposal so that now it works -- and he did not charge me a penny for it!! On top of everything, the company did not require payment that day, instead they mailed me a statement, and accepted my personal check!! What a great company, and wonderful people! I will definitely contact them the next time I need appliance service!
