Geri's cleaning of my house went very well.

In the end I felt overcharged for the quality of her work. After she left. I discovered a second bathroom had not been clean even though I was told it had been. Disappointed customer.

Amazing job. Arrived on time; when things were missed, was back immediately to finish up. Beautiful job and would hire again in a second.

I have been very pleased with their work. They are very professional and the cost has been 65 dollars per visit twice a month.

I did not really like her she smoked and smelled like cigarette smoke. The smell would get on my clothes when she washed them. She was a very nice lady but I do not feel like she did a very good job.

I wouldn't use them again.

I will not use this company again. She confused which day she was supposed to be here. She did change her schedule to come on our agreed upon date, but the cost came out to be much more than I ever anticipated. She charged $20.00 per hour for each person that she brought with her, without consulting me first. It seemed as if she was just tired and did not want to work that day. She brought her family in to help her and tried to charge me an exorbitant amount. For a deep cleaning, it was not as thorough as I expected.

Geri has been on time and goes right to work. She stays focused on her work and really does a thorough job.

I called to have a deep clean done on the house before we had company for the first time. She was great and when I saw an area that I didn't feel was done, I called and she was back out that same day to take care of it, as it had been overlooked. I HIGHLY recommend her to do work . She is honest and does an excellent job! Very quick, does a great job!

She came to clean for me on Memorial Day believe it or not. She did a deep cleaning for me and even added on my screened in porch at the last minute. She brought her daughter to help her and they were both very professional. I've hired others in the past but she was very attentive to details. I'm hiring her to clean for me routinely because she did such a good job. She's also agreed to help me purge and organize as well. She's going to be a big help to me. She goes above and beyond.

I took over 2 laundromats that were constantly dirty and needed daily attention due to customers coming in and out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Geri agreed to clean both every day and if she needed a day off, she would find a replacement. Customers immediately noticed the improvement and I feel much more at ease knowing she's spending time in these unattended establishments every day, letting me know about repairs that need to be made and helping with odd jobs when needed. A very valuable asset, I continue to use Geri's services, as I have been for over two months now.

Accordingly, we selected the candidate who was the most willing to do the work to meet our standards. And, we are certain that we selected the correct candidate. Over the last eight months during which Geraldine has worked for us, she has gained our complete trust, has perfect attendance, and has not disappointed once. She worked through endless weeks of our unpacking, sheetrocking, sanding, painting, rewiring. And no matter the type of mess or the amount of chaos, she was able to forge through and bring some order and organization to our house. Because she is a self-starter as well as one who takes directions, she is confident in taking on tasks not assigned to her while still meeting our standards ? a rare quality in house cleaners and non-existent in cleaning services. Her work is thorough, complete, and well-executed. ?Clean? to Geraldine is a deep clean. She uses the right tools and products for each task to not only clean but also to protect and maintain. She does not wipe, she scrubs when necessary and appropriate. She can manage her work load and rotates among chores without ever leaving an area neglected. She is independent and takes ownership and pride in her work as though our house was her house. But, she never allows her ego to preclude her from accepting instructions or criticism. She need only be told how to do something once. Geraldine is a low-maintenance worker for a high-maintenance household. She does what she is supposed to do when she is supposed to do it. We return home pleased and satisfied with her work instead of annoyed or underwhelmed as we have been with the performance of other house cleaners or cleaning services. Such a work product and a worker make us certain that we are receiving our money?s worth. We demand a clean house and now have a delightful person keeping it clean who is as persnickety and picky as we are. We are happy to further discuss the work product of Ms. Brewer who we wholeheartedly recommend.
