+ -1 morebuckling remained. We did have to call several more times over two weeks when the crew came and fixed it properly. The weather wasn't an issue, so we didn't pay Four Seasons until it was properly fixed.
Description of Work: Replaced the entire roof on our house. Mr. Woolsley responded very promptly to our request for an estimate. We found him knowledgeable of the roofing trade and he was able to drop the price below his competitors. The crew was on the job as scheduled and worked hard for three 12+ hour days to complete the job. They removed old satellite dishes and wiring, removed the one layer of composite shingles and did a great job at cleaning up. The roof was replace with the same type of composite roofing with a 20 year warranty. The day they finished and left we noticed buckling in the roofing in several places. We called Mr. Woolsley who promised to have someone out the next day. Three days later they came and worked briefly, but the

+ -1 moreFour Seasons was on the job as soon as the weather warmed up to an acceptable temperature. They were on the job for about two weeks, which we did not mind as our primary consideration was to install the roof properly. In 2007, we had a different roofing contractor install a complete roof (in 1 1/2 days) after a hail storm, and consequently had roof leaks causing water damage every winter since. The Four Season Roofing personnel were prompt and courteous, and cleaned up after the job was finished. A supervisor was on the premises every work day. The owner personally visited the job site 3-4 times during the work and personally talked with us. The one concern that we had during the job was addressed and resolved within 24 hours (a bent turbine). It appears that Four Seasons did an excellent job. .
Description of Work: Replaced the roof on entire house. Because we had experienced several ice dams build ups and leaks during the last several Winters. Four Seasons Roofing used a weather shield product under the new shingles (on 100% of the roof area) that will better resist water leaking into the house because of ice dams. They also installed 7 roof turbines to better ventilate the attic area of the house.

+ -1 moreI had wood shake shingles and I think it was a fair price. I would recommend them because they were on time everyday and worked until dusk. They did not leave any mess; they sat to have lunch for 20 minutes under my big shade tree and they cleaned up the papers and everything. You never even knew that they were there the whole day. One day they have removed the shingles over the garage and there was a downpour, so the water had gone into our attic, the only thing I store there a rubber container, but it had come through the 2 big water slots in the garage. He had one guy come out and re spray it and paint without any charge.
Description of Work: I had a roof put on by Four Seasons. They removed and replaced the roof.

They said, "they would provide estimate later when thery were in that area." I never got an estimate even after calling twice to inquire about it.

Description of Work: I received a call from my insurance company about four weeks ago stating that the insurance adjuster wanted me to contact a roofer because the west side of my roof was "wavy." I contacted Four Season's Roofing because I had them previously come out a few years ago and give me a quote on re-doing our roof. I contacted them on 6/20/11. I explained the situation and that there may also be some hail damage and that my insurance requested this quote to see if we needed to do repair/replace the roof. They took my information and told me they would get someone out there to look at it. Two weeks go by and no one has contacted me, I called them on Tuesday last week and left a message. I then received a call from my insurance company stating that if I did not get the quote in by preferably that day then they would terminate my policy (as it had been three weeks since we discussed the issue). I called Four Season's Roofing again and asked if someone had looked at my property yet (this is a rental property, so I do not live there currently). They told me that they did have a man in my town today, but he didn't get a chance to go by and look at my roof. I advised them I needed to quote by today and stated that I have been trying for three weeks to get this quote or an answer and have not received one. So none the less, I told them to forget it. If they would just tell you whenever you call we are busy and it will take a couple of weeks... so I don't set around waiting on this company to call me back, that's all I would need.... not just ignoring my call. I don't have time to babysit someone, I have a job and I am a mom... can't they just do what they say they are going to???

+ -1 moreThey are extremely prompt, very reasonable in price. The first call we made the service technician arrived the same day and repaired our shingles. Professional, arrive on time, responsive, etc. This may seem high, but I believe this is their standard service call charge and to replace or repair all of these shingles on a very steep roof line is extremely dangerous and should be done by a professional.
Description of Work: We have used Four Seasons twice in the past 4 years to replace missing shingles and/or to glue down loose shingles on a home with VERY steep roof lines.
