Description of Work: Epting Plumbing did all my plumbing in a new construction home. No plumbing problems 13 years later... I think that says a lot. I would definately recommend Scotty and the rest of the crew at Epting Plumbing.

+ -1 moreThey did excellent work from beginning to end of the job. I was subcontracting all the work myself and was a bit of a rookie but they were very helpful and understanding. Whenever the job site was ready for them they were onsite quickly and usually finished ahead of schedule. I created a few challenges for them during construction and they figured out a way to overcome each one. I even managed to shoot a nail into one of the water lines which they came out and fixed promptly. I have now lived at this house for over 12 years and have not had a single plumbing problem which I think says a lot for their quality of work.
Description of Work: Epting Plumbing provided a good faith estimate prior to start of construction of my house. I did ended up hiring them for all the plumbing work. From the initial slab work and "rough in" to the final fixtures. Cost does not include most fixtures which I provided.

+ -1 more. In the future, I will ask if the plumber has a journeyman or master's certificate, and not just rely on one recommendation. The recommending person may have only had a drain unstuck or something requiring little expertise.
Description of Work: The plumbers were too long in responding, first of all. They were asked to repair/reseat a toilet base, and replace the seat and flush handle. The new seat broke the next day, I believe due to cheap, poor quality. The base is now fixed in place, but is not level, and will have to be re-done. The toilet now empties twice with each flush, The flush handle seems to be good quality, but I don't know if it is causing the double emptying. The only good thing I can say about their work is that they cleaned up sufficiently afterward.
