I called Direct Service Overhead and immediately spoke with the owner who sent a technician, Jeremy, to the job site within an hour to provide a free estimate of the work required to fix the garage door. After receiving the estimate, I asked him to complete the job. He finished in about an hour. He was courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a great job. We have no complaints. They were a little late getting here but think they were coming from Little Rock. Tech was great, polite and knowledgeable. Would use them again.

Serviceman texted me before arriving and was prompt, professional & did quality work. Had to get a new garage system. The system he installed comes with WiFi and app capabilities. I did something wrong of course once he left to my garage door opener and he returned the next day to help with fixing my system and app on my phone. Very helpful and if I could give 10 stars I would!

Job cost seemed a bit high, but had nothing to compare it to. Tech did up sell and really had no idea if I needed it. Quality work and would hire again, but would make sure I had another quote to compare it to
