The tech was friendly and full of product knowledge. He actually kept me from spending money on a project and suggested a different route that would save about $500. Told me to think on it and let him know and he would be out the next day whatever I decided. Definitely using them when I get his suggestions done.

Friendly and professional service tech

These guys were amazing, friendly, most of all professional. They quickly identified the issue and made the repair. Also, they offered up other troubleshooting tips to try before calling again. If you’re looking for garage repair, then look no further. You will not be disappointed.

The tech was on time and corrected the issue, however, there wasn't an actual issue with the garage door. He made a minor adjustment to the screws holding the sensors to the garage door. Due to the loosened screw the sensor was causing the door to not close. He was there for 5 minutes and didn't actually have to fix anything, but I was charged $55. I am fine with the fee, but when I joked they needed a troubleshooting line he rudely responded "It's called Google." I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I initially gave them a very poor review because I believed the service person had installed a new system when only a repair was needed. Although he said the broken part was unavailable my search indicates he could have gotten the part online through the manufacturer, and we could have waited for it. He could have explained the choice better, and that is why I rated them lower for customer service and value. Still, having thought about it, I am somewhat comfortable having a new system rather than an older, repaired one. More than you want to know!!

This is someone that is interested in taking care of your repairs with little or no replacement parts required if that is possible. Very good experience....

They were prompt in all aspects of communication leading up to the appointment. Gave a quote consistent with others, but was most responsive. Tech, Jeremy,notified that he was enough route and that traffic was delaying him. Upon arrival, he was professional and considerate. During assessment, he observed that other parts appeared to be replaced and were substandard. I appreciated him pointing this out as it was obvious once he did. That said, since this was unexpected, he offered to do the additional work at a discount. All in all, great service, great company!

Repairman was on time, fixed our issues quickly, and didnt charge me an arm and a leg.

He was timely- Fixed my door the same day - was in and out in less than an hour and reprogrammed the door for me.

Called in their morning responded within one minute, the job was done before noon.

They are great. Did the job professionally, gave me some tips to maintain the door, very friendly and just a really good company to have work for you.
