I was thoroughly impressed with their promptness and their customer service. we immediately received the call back and a technician came out within a couple hours of contacting the company. we had to have an entire garage door replaced and the price was extremely affordable and the technician very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairs or new installation of garage door and equipment.

Travis and Jeremy were extremely easy to work with!

Installer showed up on time as scheduled. When I had questions afterward about the installation, Travis showed up first thing the following morning to make sure everything was installed and working properly. The installer inadvertently took the remote with him when he went to his truck after programming it, and Travis brought that with him too. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Direct Service Overhead again.
