Hired them to repair sprinkler system. Rafael did a great job however, $60.00 and hour is a lot of money for a single person for repairs. My first impression that cost was for 2 men. Also, I was charged over $200 for parts which was totally loaded. Everything use was either PVC or sprinkler heads. No way was there over $200 for parts. Doubt if I would recommend them or use them again.

Be careful, they charge by the hour plus material. They were very accurate with their hourly charge but the material charge was very very exorbitant. There is a small language barrier so explanations in English are inadequate.

Rafael was very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. I am looking to use him for lawn projects at home and at rental properties.

Rafael is nice, but please check that he is properly licensed and insured for the jobs he takes on for you. He was not licensed for the landscaping/decking/retaining wall/concrete job that he did for us. He also let his insurance lapse, so the $30K in damages he caused to my home from taking on a project he was not qualified or licensed to do was not covered. In addition, all of the decking, retaining wall, and concrete work he did was faulty and will need to be redone by a reputable and licensed contractor. Finally, the landscaping beds he put in had a lot of run off and will need to be reworked as well. He came out a few times to make things "right", but never fixed the issue. Then, he stated health issues and language barriers and quit communicating. It is honestly unfortunate that he would take on a job at this scale knowing he didn't know how to do it, wasn't insured, and wasn't licensed. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau.

Mr. Escobar is so polite and professional. He went above the necessary work to assure us a thorough repair and update of our lawn sprinkler systems. Will definitely use his company for other work.
