Colley went above and beyond in the work he did for me. It was a USDA Rural Development loan and it is a difficult long process different than basic loans. It was his first time working with that type of financing and he really did a fantastic job and took care of many things for me. I am thrilled he is an independent agent again and will certainly use him with my next home purchase!

Colley was simply put, amazing to work with. We bought our home a little more than a year ago. He was with a different company then, but he made things so simple. i always knew exac what was going on at any moment. During the process, he never once tried to oversell anything. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, and what we needed, and recommended what was best for US, even if it wasn‘t the more expensive option. He made it all work, and we think him for that. Oh, and about a month after we moved in, he surprised us with a book with all the photos he took throughout the process too. A nice surprise we have to remember the process.

Collie was our sales guy when we bought our new home this past summer and he was awesome! He was super informative and very knowledgeable. Plus he always got back to us right away if we had any questions. I would highly recommend using him if you are in the market for a home....great guy to work with!
