+ -1 moreI do have a real estate agent and we have used a Jan Oliphant and the company she is with is Coldwell Banker. Her office is in Rogers Arkansas. She was very helpful and very friendly. She really tried to do the best she could for me. The real estate has a fee built into the purchasing so I didn't really pay her anything extra.
Description of Work: The last time I used her services was in February of 2014 and she was helping me purchase a home.
