+ -1 moreThe heat pump, air conditioning unit and thermostat was replaced. The old unit was 13 years old, haad had a leak for several years and now was completely out of freon. I was going to be expensive to repair and I woul still have an old unit with band-aids. I went with a York unit. Shawn arrived right on time in the norning, worked until dusk and finished up the next morning. He explained what he was doing and how I should run the thermostat. He cleaned up and took the old unit parts with him. I was pleased with his work.
Description of Work: Shawn replace the heatpump, air conditioning unit and thermostate. He was here on time and cleaned up everything when he left. He explained directions and instructions thoroughly. The inspector was very pleased with his work. IHe was polite, professional and nice to talk to. I would use Affordable Heating and Air again.

Description of Work: Affordable Heating and Air was able to come out within 2 hours of calling them. Our problem was an easy fix- their tech explained the problem in detail and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. We will definitely use again. Their service call is $65.

+ -1 more.Very professional, I did not mind that they re-scheduled, as my problem was not an emergency.
Description of Work: There was a little bit of a scheduling misunderstanding, my call was not an emergency. I had the heat pump unit checked out and serviced, and cleaned. I know nothing about these types of units, it had not been serviced for 4 years, I wanted to be sure it worked properly before the summer heat. Definitely would use them again.

+ -1 moreIn the past they replaced a panel that blew on the furnace at my rental house. Their emergency service is very good and I have been using them for about 2 years. I have had no problems and they are professional. I will use them again in the future.
