I had them out to give me a price a week before and the guy who came out was nice and gave me a quote on the spot. When they came out to do the work they had a short in their gutter machine that kept tripping the breaker, but they got that fixed and got to work. They work very fast and I was happy with it. I was worried that they would try to charge more since they were there awhile getting the short fixed, but they only charged what the quote was so I was pleased with that also.

Fred & his crew did a really good job. The gutters we picked from the brochure were the gutters we received and the color was exactly as advertised. The supplier was behind and Fred called & notified us immediately that he wouldn't be able to start the job on the date promised but it would be the following week. The following week he called & gave us the exact date he would show up & he showed up as promised. They cleaned up and did not leave a mess. There was one spot that had a minor leak & Fred came & fixed it the day after we called him. When Fred & his crew left the house was in better shape than before he arrived. After everything was completed he told us & walked us around. We are very pleased with the gutters and the job Fred & his crew did.

1st reaction was that he did not completely cover a valley. He told me he would finish it for 50 dollars more. Next problem is I had to pick up around 30 nails and spacers scattered all around the yard. 3eWithin ten months 2 runs were stopped up. I called and asked him if he backed up his work. He said yes. He promised to come out in 2 days 2 weeks later he hadn't showed. I had to remove the covers and unstop them myself on a 25' ladder. Birds had nested inside because he left the ends open on every run.

Initial install had a particular challenge. We had one VERY long run of gutter on the back of our house. It was a challenge to install the system so that it distributed the drainage appropriately, splitting the run-off evenly in both directions and not create standing water. While it was not completed on the first attempt, Fred and team were dedicated to the solution and GOT IT RIGHT! They are dedicated to customer satisfaction and I would definitely recommend.
