He was here when he said he would be. He followed up; he needed to come at night and actually check the lights to see how they worked, he did that. He followed up about a month later to see if they were still working. If I have any electrical work that I need to be done, I will call him again. I gave him a $5000 budget and he came in under that. It was a big job to do. He changed all of our old lighting to LED outside which is quiet expensive but he came in on budget. I would give him the highest grade since he’s a great guy.

Everything went well. It took him several days to make the light cover, but it looks like it is the original.

Ron came in and immediately repaired the light/ fan that had a bulb broken off in the socket. He then checked out the light/fan/heater in the master bath and explained the problems in installing a new fixture. Since the only thing wrong was the broken glass in the unit, he said he would look for a replacement glass (they are no longer available) or he thought he could build a new light cover from another source, which he did and it looks like new. He told me it would yellow over time...again, very honest and forthright, but this was the only solution. If the unit breaks down in the future then he said he would put a new one in, but since every other part works, he gave me the less expensive way out and I appreciate that. It took two trips for the project and lots of time trying to find the glass cover and then his time making a new plastic cover.
