Description of Work: added a room and metal roof. The guy never finished, he didn't live up to his contract. Very unprofessional. Damages happened to my house and yard and he never attempted to fix any of them. The contract says 30 days and its been over 9 months

+ 1 moreI liked everything, they were timely, friendly and arrived on time. They left the area spotless. Three people came to do the work and it took about two days. If you use them you will be 100% satisfied.
Description of Work: They painted the entire outside of my brick home and the garage. They also put some stain on the pergola. They power washed the driveway and side walks and ceiled them. They also calked about 25 windows.

+ 4 moreBEFORE I HIRE STEVE SMITH CONSTRUCTION I HAD FIRED 4 SETS OF CARPENTERS. I WAS IN REMODEL NIGHTMARE FOR OVER A YEAR AND A HALF. WHEN I HIRED THIS COMPANY, I WAS GIVEN A TIMELINE OF WHEN THE WORK WOULD BE COMPLETED AND IT WAS. HIS WORK IS TO PERFECTION. HE NEVER COMPLAINED IF I CHANGED MY MIND OR ADDED MORE WORK TO THE JOB. HIS CREW WAS THERE TO DO WHAT I WANTED DONE. SMITH CONSTRUCTION TOOK CARE OF ALL MY NEEDS. THEY TOOK THE NIGHTMARE AWAY FROM ME AND HANDLED EVERYTHING. MY HOME IS VERY BEAUTIFUL NOW. I WILL BE HIRING THEM AGAIN TO ADD ON MORE ROOMS. SMITH CONSTRUCTION TAKES THE HEADACHE OUT OF REMODELING AND CONSTRUCTION.
Description of Work: ROOFED MY STORAGE BUILDING. INSTALLED NEW WIRING FOR WALL LIGHTS. FINSIHED UP TILE WORK. TILED FLOORS WITH HEATED ELEMENTS. PAINTED WALLS AND TRIM. INSTALLED NEW TRIM IN DOORWAYS ETC. REBUILT MY KITCHEN CABINET DOORS AND DRAWERS AND PAINTED THEM. INSTALLED NEW HARDWARE. INSTALLED NEW THRESHWAYS FOR DOORS.
