+ -1 moreChad is a well qualified handyman. He does the required tasks in an efficent and professional manner. This is second time Chad has done work for me. He repaired window flower boxes and kitchen cabinet doors on his first visit Due to the quality of his work did not hesitate to call on him a second time.
Description of Work: Fixed shed roof leak, installed screen door,fixed door that was very difficult to open, going from shop to outside.

+ 2 moreHe is honest, hardworking, his prices are good, he stays late or comes in early if needed. I could leave my house open and fully trust him. There is nothing bad to say about him. I will absolutely use him again.
Description of Work: I use Quality Handyman Service for just about everything. He installed gutters, he painted, he rebuilt a wall and doorway. I can't even list everything he has done for us. We last used him in October of 2011.

Description of Work: We hired Chad, who was a referral from a coworker, to fix everything in a home inspection report before we moved into our home. Not only did he fix everything that was uncovered by the report, he noticed A LOT of small stuff that the inspection didn't find. In addition to home repairs, he also painted the entire interior of the house (ceilings and all), built a shelf into the existing entertainment center to make our TV fit better, and built a new wall and doorway to divide a room that was too large. He showed up early, worked nonstop, stayed late at times, and basically went above and beyond for us. We only had one month for all the work to be completed before we had to move out of a temporary rental and he made sure everything got done. If there was something he couldn't do (grade a driveway and spread the gravel, electrical work), he knew who could and made the arrangements for us. Overall he was hardworking, reliable, honest, courteous, and very affordable. We will definitely have him do future work for us!
