Had new unit installed. A few years later we discovered it was leaking water underneath house. Many attempts to call him Aaron in which he never responded to our messages. Had to call someone else out. Found out unit was installed incorrectly. The drip pan was put in backwards which causes leaks. Now we have to completely install a new floor. The unit had leaked so long our dinning room floor about to fall in. It could have been prevented had Aaron would have called us back. I’m telling you; use at your own risk. I would NEVER use him again and would not recommend him to anyone.

Great experience and good pricing. They were very professional, polite and fast. I'm going to continue using them for all of my servicing. They know what they're doing, much better than the other H.V.A.C. guys I've used in North East Arkansas.

They came out and did the job fast. It only took them a day. They came back out the next day and cleaned up everything. However, when I called them back, they were not responsive. When I asked them about an issue we were having, the answer to everything was to keep the doors open. I was not pleased that they were not responsive to the issues we were having.

We had an air-conditioner that was installed in the house before we came in. It is still under warranty. The first time he came out we were having trouble with its heat pump and he found that whoever installed it initially they only had a two relay switch which was not using all four tracks of the heat pump. So it was not working efficiently. He replaced it and did not charge us anything because it was under warranty. They also told us that there were some ducts and vents in the attic which were not insulated adequately. So they went up and wrapped insulation around it and everything and they charged us $55 for the inspection and they charged $25 for just to wrap the insulation and everything else was free as it was all under warranty.
